Job summary

Churchill Group seeks an experienced Solution Architecture Lead to provide architectural leadership across a complex enterprise technology landscape. You will own end-to-end solution architecture across key platforms, ensuring secure, scalable, and business-aligned solutions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Solution Architecture within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms and SaaS solutions.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise application, cloud and integration architecture solutions.
• Extensive understanding of enterprise integration patterns, APIs and interconnected systems.
• Experience producing High-Level Designs (HLDs) and reviewing detailed designs.
• Previous experience leading, mentoring and developing technical teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience working with third-party software vendors and implementation partners.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a business-focused manner.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern end-to-end solution architecture across multiple platforms and business systems.
• Develop architecture artefacts (HLDs, roadmaps, standards, governance).
• Review changes to ensure secure, scalable and aligned solutions.
• Provide architectural leadership to internal teams and partners.
• Support programme delivery, readiness, cutover and hypercare.
• Coordinate decisions across suppliers and manage dependencies and risks.
• Establish BAU support model with clear ownership and processes.
• Drive continuous improvements for performance and reliability.
• Oversee security, data governance and access management across landscape.
• Identify opportunities for cloud transformation and AI-driven innovation.
