Intrum is entering a new era as we continue to expand and strengthen our enterprise portfolio, building trusted partnerships with leading UK organisations and reinforcing our position as a strategic partner of choice in a rapidly evolving market. To support this ambition, we are creating a new Senior Enterprise Sales Manager role for an experienced sales professional who wants to shape opportunity, influence strategy and play a defining role in our continued growth and success.

In this high-impact role, you will work closely with senior decision makers to understand their strategic priorities and align solutions to evolving needs, influence commercial direction, and deliver meaningful outcomes for both clients and Intrum.

This role can be based in Manchester, Glasgow or Reigate, with regular client travel and hybrid working flexibility.

What You'll Do
  • Lead end-to-end enterprise sales across Intrum's B2B service and solutions portfolio
  • Identify, develop and convert high-value opportunities across key sectors
  • Build and deepen relationships with senior stakeholders and C-suite decision makers, driving long-term strategic partnerships
  • Shape and deliver compelling, insight-led proposals and ROI-driven presentations, leveraging data and insight to demonstrate value and support client decision-making
  • Partner with internal teams to design tailored client solutions and ensure seamless delivery
  • Own and manage a strong pipeline using Salesforce CRM
  • Represent Intrum externally at industry events and support market presence and reputation
  • Operate in line with FCA Consumer Duty principles, ensuring strong customer outcomes are embedded in all client solutions
What You'll Bring

We’re looking for an accomplished, consultative enterprise sales professional with strong experience selling debt collection, credit management, BPO, collections technology, enterprise technology solutions or closely related outsourced services into sectors such as Banking, Telecoms, Utilities and Insurance. You’ll be confident navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments, building trusted senior relationships and identifying strategic opportunities, bringing an established network and strong market knowledge that enables you to open doors, develop new partnerships and drive sustainable growth.

  • Proven track record in winning and growing large, complex enterprise accounts within debt collection, credit management, BPO, collections technology, technology-enabled services, fintech, enterprise technology solutions or closely related outsourced service environments
  • Strong knowledge of the debt collection, credit management and/or wider collections ecosystem, with an established network across relevant markets
  • Exceptional new-business mindset, with the ability to create opportunities, open doors and build a pipeline through your own market relationships and activity
  • Strong experience engaging with executive stakeholders, navigating complex business needs and influencing senior stakeholders and C-suite decision makers
  • Able to manage long, complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Strong record of brokering and closing high-value commercial deals
  • Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM platforms) for pipeline and forecasting
  • Consultative, insight-led sales approach with strong communication and relationship skills, bringing a data-driven and analytical mindset
  • Experience selling into Banking, Telecoms, Utilities, Insurance or other regulated consumer markets
  • Awareness of working within structured or regulated environments, with experience advantageous but not essential
  • Growth mindset and appetite to develop while contributing to how we evolve as a business

Most importantly, you will be motivated by the opportunity to join a business entering a new era - bringing ideas, challenging thinking, and shaping what comes next.
