Analyst & Senior Analyst - Enterprise Risk (Operational Risk Focus) - London

Salary Bandings (London)

• Analyst: £50,000-£60,000 per annum
• Senior Analyst: £80,000-£90,000 per annum

About the Roles

The firm is seeking both an Analyst and a Senior Analyst to support and enhance its operational risk management capabilities. The Analyst will be responsible for assisting with risk assessments, control monitoring, and reporting, ideally suited to candidates with 2-3 years' experience in risk, internal audit, or related fields. The Senior Analyst will take a more strategic role, leading elements of the risk framework, providing guidance on best practices, and supporting senior management with insightful risk analysis. This position is best matched to those with 5-10 years' experience and a proven track record in operational risk.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidates will have a background in accountancy, risk management, or consultancy, with experience from a Big 4 or similar environment considered a strong advantage.
