Job description

Senior Enterprise Partnerships (EMEA) opportunity, based from London. Working with an incredibly exciting UK 'established start-up' within a business that has accrued over 1 million clients in the last ten years!

This role is going to suit a Senior Cross-Border Payments Specialist who has 5 years+ of experience in New Business Partnerships (B2B) and strong FX and Payments understanding. Someone who wants to run their own desk, with a unique opportunity to support the growth of one of the most exciting Payments projects in London.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Create New Business opportunities in European / EMEA areas - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services, or new ways of reaching existing markets.
  2. Develop partnerships to drive revenue growth in key verticals such as for SaaS platforms, Marketplaces and International Trade platforms.
  3. Develop market segment share by acquiring and onboarding new customers.
  4. Build and maintain a strong lead funnel of high-value customers, pitch our clients offerings to C-suite Exec's and strike deals as the partner of choice to receive global payments and Check-Out options.
  5. Support the project management of new product launches, ensuring compliance with local rules and regulations.
  6. Create & articulate compelling value propositions in coordination with the Marketing Team.
  7. Regularly interact across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure unit objectives are met.
  8. Develop long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
  9. Carry out sales forecasts and analysis to develop the business sales and marketing strategy.

EXPERIENCE

  1. Relevant experience in Managing Business Development Operations for Cross Border Payments / SaaS platforms, International Trade and Marketplaces across the EU area.
  2. 5+ years of relevant and progressive work experience in business development, service and/or solution sales, and account management, within Payment Service / FX sector, or E-Commerce.
  3. Have an established network of partners and prospects - EMEA likely.
  4. Track record of meeting and exceeding business-established goals.
  5. Experience in leading complex negotiations with CxOs of large and enterprise accounts.
  6. Ability to drive operational excellence through innovative initiatives.
  7. Strong understanding of Cross-Border Payments and FX.
