Job summary

Thrive Learning is seeking a Senior Implementation Specialist in the United Kingdom to lead complex end-to-end deployments for enterprise customers and guide discovery, technical setup, and configuration. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and collaborate with Customer Success, Product and Engineering to drive best practices.

You will also mentor teammates, help standardise processes, and shape our implementation approach to deliver measurable outcomes at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions Consulting, Implementation, or Technical Customer-Facing roles.
• Proven experience with enterprise customers and complex implementations.
• Strong consulting approach with the ability to act as a trusted advisor.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementations for mid-market to enterprise customers with accountability for project success and strategic alignment.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to advise on best practices for platform adoption and long-term success.
• Drive complex technical integrations, data migrations, and API connectivity with internal and customer teams.
• Identify opportunities to standardise processes, contribute to documentation and training resources.
• Mentor and coach entry to mid-level IS team members on complex cases and customer communication.
