Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong DevOps skills and experience – both hands on and at design level.
• Experience leading in high-tech or high-change environments with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills; able to engage at senior levels across diverse cultures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing the engineering excellence program across Cyber and drive standardisation and a culture of automation and continuous improvement.
• Embed engineering efficiency and best practices across cyber, partnering with Engineering leads to ensure outcomes.
• Set requirements for services and capabilities to meet controls while appealing to a broad customer base and enabling operational efficiency.
