Job summary

Citi seeks a senior Enterprise Data Governance Solutions Lead to own strategy and execution of Adjustments Governance and Transformation across a global bank. Sitting in the Enterprise Data Office, you will shape how Citi identifies, governs, and remediates data adjustments at scale, influencing regulatory outcomes and data quality.

This high-visibility role collaborates with regulators, auditors, and senior leaders worldwide.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in banking/financial services, with senior leadership exposure.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise data governance frameworks for regulatory commitments.
• Experience engaging regulators and internal audit on data governance matters.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive end-to-end Adjustments Governance and Transformation plan across the enterprise.
• Chair the Adjustment Governance Forum with cross-region stakeholders.
• Lead AI-driven root cause analysis for data adjustments and remediation strategies.
• Oversee data automation assessment and enterprise-wide remediation use cases.
• Lead monthly variance analysis and communicate with regulators and senior stakeholders.
• Build and lead a high-performing team with budget accountability.
