Job summary

Citi is seeking a Senior Enterprise Data Governance Solutions Lead to own the end-to-end strategy and execution of Adjustments Governance across a global financial institution. This high-visibility role sits in the Enterprise Data Office and interacts with regulators, auditors, and senior stakeholders worldwide.

The role requires extensive experience in data governance, AI-enabled data remediation, and change management to elevate data quality and regulatory outcomes at Citi.

Qualifications

15+ years in banking or financial services.
8–10+ years leading cross-functional teams.
Experience leveraging AI to drive governance solutions.
Expertise in governance frameworks, data quality, lineage.

Responsibilities

Define and drive end-to-end Adjustments Governance and Transformation plan.
Own delivery of adjustment remediation mandates.
Chair the Adjustment Governance Forum with stakeholders across regions.
Lead adoption of Data Automation Assessment across the enterprise.
Champion AI-driven solutions within the Enterprise Data Office.
Lead monthly Adjustment Variance Analysis with domain engagement.
Represent Citi with regulators and internal audit.
Build and lead a high-performing team.
