WPP Enterprise Solutions in London seeks a Principal Solutions Architect to lead end-to-end enterprise commerce solutions across Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, and MACH. Translate complex estates into business value and win trust of senior client stakeholders.

Lead workshops, design architecture for storefronts, data, ERP integrations, and mobile apps. Guide platform choices, migrations, and proofs of concept with hands-on credibility and strong executive storytelling.

Qualifications

Extensive senior experience in enterprise commerce across retail, consumer brands or B2B.
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Shopify, plus composable and MACH components.
A track record of shaping and winning significant commerce deals and running workshops.
Understands how clients make money and can discuss value, cost and ROI with senior leaders.
Hands-on understanding of how commerce connects to ERP, order management and analytics.
Solid knowledge of mobile commerce app architecture and cross-platform delivery.
Excellent diagramming and storytelling to simplify complex estates for executives.
Comfortable building a demo store or proving a concept themselves.

Responsibilities

Architect end-to-end commerce solutions across multiple platforms and channels.
Lead value-based discussions and frame solutions around commercial outcomes.
Run workshops, governance activities and collaborate with commercial teams to identify growth.
Produce architecture diagrams and designs covering storefronts, data, ERP integrations.
Guide platform choices and migrations, balance TCO, speed to market and risk.
Detail data, integration and back-office patterns for enterprise scale.
Shape mobile, web, store and marketplace strategies to ensure a joined-up experience.
Prepare proposals and pitches with clear assumptions and effort estimates.
Ensure delivery readiness and handover to delivery teams.
