Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• TOGAF, ITIL, Agile Project Management, PRINCE2, or equivalent experience.
• Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS SA Pro, VMware VCDX or equivalent.
• Translate business/security requirements into secure, efficient, and cost-effective designs.
• Reviewing and assuring complex solutions and high/low-level designs using TOGAF.
• Proven experience defining and governing enterprise scale architectures across VMware, Microsoft on-premise, and multi-cloud (Azure/AWS).
• Leading, coaching, and developing senior architects and specialists, fostering technical excellence.
• Designing secure or air-gapped platforms in government sector.
• Knowledge of NCSC, GDS, UK government security frameworks.
• Expert in VMware (VCF) and Microsoft infra with multi-cloud (Azure, M365, AWS).
• Knowledge of Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD for infra delivery.
• Proficient with Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM, Ansible, Puppet, Chef.
• Influencing and advising Senior Civil Servants.
• Maintaining enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, roadmaps.
