Job summary

UCL in London seeks a Senior Technical Lead to provide advanced leadership across enterprise Reporting & Analytics platforms, driving the design, development, and scaling of R&A services.

The role will lead the design, development, and scaling of complex technical solutions, including R&A platforms, dashboards, semantic models, and self-service analytics while promoting a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience building enterprise Reporting & Analytics platforms.
• Experience leading migration projects.
• Strong customer-service mindset.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights.

Responsibilities
