Legora is expanding its Talent Acquisition function and seeks a skilled Talent Partner to own end-to-end engineering hiring in the UK and Ireland. You will work closely with senior leaders to shape hiring strategy, build pipelines, and drive impact with data-informed processes.

You’ll partner with engineers and business leaders to define success profiles, maintain a high bar for talent, and deliver a remarkable candidate experience while operating in a fast‑growing, global environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent acquisition in high-growth environments with a focus on engineering hiring.
• Proven track record hiring high-performing engineers across seniority levels.
• Ability to discuss technical roles with engineering leaders and set high hiring bars.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders on hiring strategy and team build-out.
• Ability to run multiple complex searches without sacrificing quality or pace.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action in fast-moving growth settings.
• Collaborative yet direct, able to influence decisions at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment across UK & I, partnering with hiring managers to define role scope and success profiles.
• Shape Talent operating models, contribute to processes, tooling, and broader People initiatives.
• Build proactive pipelines for critical future hires and stay ahead of demand.
• Run structured, data-informed hiring processes balancing quality, pace, and consistency.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through to offer.
