Job summary

Technical Resource Solutions Limited in Shotton is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead plant improvement initiatives and delivery of processing upgrades. You will coordinate design, procurement, installation and commissioning on projects with a focus on safety, quality and on-time delivery.

The role reports into the project leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. A degree in engineering and proven experience with electrical or mechanical projects and CapEx

Qualifications

Degree level in engineering required.
Electrical or mechanical project engineering background.
Experience working on projects in a manufacturing environment.
Experience planning and implementing CapEx projects.
Knowledge of Construction Design and Management (CDM) regulations.

Responsibilities

Develop engineering specifications for process improvements and enhancements across the plant.
Undertake design, development, procurement and technical responsibilities including install and commissioning on project basis.
Prepare detailed project plans and progress reports.
Lead and manage a team of project engineers, design engineers and contractor employees.
Days only role (flexible working hours).
