Job Introduction
The Headhouses MEP Senior Engineering Manager (SEM) is responsible for the engineering delivery of the various headhouse MEP assets (see split on page 3); leading and coordinating all relevant engineering disciplines within the TSDU, Euston and west areas. The inclusion of all areas will be transitional, and SEM will assist in coordinating transition as the project heads towards building work and fit out stages of the project. The SEM ensures the works are technically correct, assured, and coordinated between disciplines including MEP to facilitate delivery. They must collaborate closely with all other SEMs who will be managing Headhouse fit out and Civils disciplines. There will also be requirement to coordinate with tunnel construction and completion teams and relevant operational leads in in all areas with the aim of a delivery of the project to the right first time quality, which is key imperative.
This is a technical management role reporting to the Headhouse and Fitout Engineering Lead.

The Skanska | Costain | STRABAG (SCS JV) is delivering the HS2 London Tunnels Contract. Scope of works includes twin-bored tunnels (TBM), SCL tunnels, shaft sinking, bridge demolition and reconstruction, services diversions, earthworks and the construction of site compounds.
