Actian is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager for its Data Intelligence Platform. You will report to the VP of Engineering and lead a 12-person team, aligning high-level strategy with hands-on AI integration within the SDLC. The role demands architectural oversight and strong Java expertise to scale globally.

You will design and implement data-driven processes, foster a radical candor culture, and partner with Product and Design to deliver high-value outcomes.
