About the role: You will lead our Domain Platform Engineering and AI team in London. This team acts as the backbone for our data consumers across Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Product. Your mission is to rebuild an enterprise data platform that supports a decentralized data model. This work ensures our colleagues have the trustable data and models they need to make great decisions for our customers.

You will manage a growing team of engineers across the UK and the Netherlands. As we move from simplifying legacy systems into a phase of consolidation and growth, your leadership will be vital. You will help us create hyper-personalised experiences and make joy unforgettable for millions of people.

• Lead the technical shaping and delivery of all Data and AI platform initiatives.
