Responsibilities

• Lead a team centered on a .NET back end with front-end and ML components, guiding architecture and design of end-user systems.
• Own predictable, high-velocity delivery and establish healthy engineering practices for consistent shipping.
• Automate processes and monitoring to improve reliability, meet SLAs/SLOs, and reduce toil.
• Improve delivery metrics by analyzing data and removing bottlenecks.
• Mentor engineers across seniority levels and foster an inclusive team culture.
• Oversee quarterly roadmap execution and cross-functional dependencies.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Operations on merchant dispute use cases.
• Build relationships across teams and with external partners.
• Ensure compliance with control frameworks in a regulated financial space.
• Guide responsible ML/AI usage and governance in production.
