Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Engineering team and ensure output aligns with company goals
• Develop and grow an established team of Engineers
• Manage and allocate Engineering resources across multiple projects
• Implement training and upskilling practices
• Recruit and retain talent
• Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the Engineering Department
• Maintain and update the Engineering Library
• Ensure effective communication between clients and the Engineering Department regarding all client matters

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Engineering project delivery roles
• SC clearance is preferable; willingness to obtain DV clearance is required
• Knowledge of CDM Regulations
• NEBOSH qualification
