We’re seeking a skilled Engineering Manager with a proven track record in Engineering Leadership and a strong background in the Nuclear and Defence sectors. In this role, you’ll drive utilisation and profitability while fostering a culture of continuous improvement across high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Engineering team and ensure output aligns with company goals
• Develop and grow an established team of Engineers
• Manage and assign Engineering resources to multiple projects
• Implement training and upskilling practices
• Recruitment
• Contribute to the overall direction of the Engineering Department
• Maintain and update the Engineering Library
• Ensure effective communication between clients and the Engineering Department regarding all client matters

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Engineering project delivery roles
• SC clearance is preferable; the successful candidate must be willing to obtain DV clearance
• Knowledge of CDM Regulations
• NEBOSH qualification
