Senior Engineering Manager – Fintech – Hybrid London (up to £140K)

Oliver Bernard have partnered with a leading Fintech scale up known for delivering seamless financial services through their consumer app, now used by over a million customers. They're building a platform first engineering culture to support rapid feature development, technical excellence, and resilient systems and now need a Senior Engineering Manager to lead this.

You’ll manage multiple teams through a layer of Engineering Managers, owning delivery across their mobile and backend systems. That means shaping technical direction, developing leadership within the org, and collaborating closely with Product to help balance between features and tech investment.

This is a strategic role with plenty of scope to influence architecture, process, hiring, and platform maturity.

They’re looking for an experienced manager who’s built and scaled high performing teams, ideally across both app and backend domains. You’ll need strong delivery experience, big on quality, and a leadership style that enables growth and accountability across the board.

Experience in a mobile first or Fintech environment is a big plus for this role.
