• 10 years' experience in Engineering project delivery roles.
• SC clearance preferred, willingness to obtain DV clearance.
• Knowledge of CDM Regulations and NEBOSH qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Engineering team and ensure output is in line with company goals
• Develop and grow an established team of Engineers including
• Manage and assign Engineering resource to multiple projects
• Training/upskilling practices
• Recruitment
• Contribute to overall direction of Engineering Department
• Update and upkeep of Engineering Library
• Ensure fluid communication between clients and Engineering Department for all client matters.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 10 years’ experience in Engineering project delivery roles
• SC clearance is preferrable for this role and the successful candidate must be willing to obtain DV clearance
• CDM Regulations
• NEBOSH
