Our client is a globally operating commercial real estate organization that delivers best-in-class facilities management and engineering solutions for their clients' commercial and residential property portfolios. Due to strong performance and the acquisition of additional properties, a new role has been created for an experienced engineering services or technical manager to join their technical team based in Central London. The role is Monday to Friday and involves oversight and support for a portfolio of 5-10 commercial multi-tenant buildings in Central London (West End, City). The manager will liaise with various FM service partners to ensure compliance and meet SLAs. The salary is open but ranges from £70,000 to £85,000, including a discretionary annual bonus, healthcare, pension scheme, and other benefits.
Candidates must be fully qualified in an engineering discipline (mechanical or electrical) with at least five years of experience in an engineering/technical management role, or alternatively, a technically qualified contract or account manager. Additional training such as IOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH, HV/LV AP status, ACOP L8, etc., as well as engineering memberships, will be advantageous.
