The company is one of the regional leaders in the industry and is currently launching its new product, an international platform for ticket sales. The company's annual income exceeds 100 million euros.

Position overview

We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead engineering across a customer growth-focused area of the business. In this role, you will oversee multiple full-stack squads and Engineering Managers working across web, backend, and mobile platforms.

You will play a key role in shaping how customer value is delivered through areas such as growth, retention, subscriptions, and value-led customer experiences. This position requires a strategic leader who can connect several related domains, align technical execution with commercial goals, and ensure teams remain focused on delivering excellent customer outcomes.

You will work closely with cross-functional partners across Product, Design, Data, and Commercial, balancing business impact with a customer-first mindset while fostering a strong engineering culture.

This is a hybrid position requiring attendance at the London office three days per week.
