Job summary

Airbus Belfast Limited seeks a Senior Integrator to drive the continued success of the A220 Wing Engineering Team. You will lead critical projects, optimise operational performance, and foster collaboration across global teams to deliver wings to our assembly lines in Montreal and Mobile Alabama.

This role offers leadership in project management, technical integration, and partnership across diverse engineering groups, with a strong emphasis on delivering on time, cost and quality in a dynamic

Qualifications

Be educated to HNC level (engineering related) with a minimum of 8 years’ relevant project management experience.
Or educated to degree level in Engineering with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant project management experience.
Proven project management skills and ability to deliver.
Demonstrate ability to lead or influence teams and operate in a matrix organisation.
Deliver projects and technical solutions in line with Time, Cost and Quality.

Responsibilities

Delivery of tasks to time, cost and quality with funding sourced and agreed with stakeholders.
Resource planning and identification of resource gaps, including suppliers.
Leadership of projects across the A220 Engineering Team and interaction with broader Airbus groups.
Promote co-design and collaboration between Design and Manufacturing Engineering.
Create a Project Management framework that combines business management and technical excellence.
Deliverables managed with transparency and leadership that blends technical and financial understanding.
