Miebach Consulting Group seeks an Engineering Senior Consultant to enhance our team in Oxford. You will analyse client warehouse operations, design optimised solutions, and support implementation across industries worldwide.

You will engage with clients, lead data-driven projects, and contribute to business development in a dynamic, international environment with domestic travel as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of engineering supply chain experience.
• 3–7 years in Supply Chain Engineering Consulting or logistics integration.
• English fluency; strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data and assess warehouse operations to identify inefficiencies.
• Design customised warehouse solutions including process optimisation and tech integration.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients clearly and persuasively.
• Assist in change management and ensure adoption of new processes.
• Prepare project documentation, reports and action plans.
• Lead internal projects and coordinate with cross-functional/multinational teams.
• Support business development and client engagements.
