Job Title:

Senior Engineer - Systems Engineering (Requirements & Acceptance)

Location:

Coventry (Hybrid 2-3 days minimum on site per week). We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

Salary:

From £45,000+ depending on experience.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Generate the functional & logical design for the systems within scope for Centralised C&I.
2. Create associated requirement sets for 12 major C&I systems including Distributed Control Systems, Control Console, and Vehicle Control Systems.
3. Support the wider C&I design for several C&I sub-systems for Secondary Propulsion, Platform Mechanical, and Platform Electrical.
4. Provide technical feed-ins and requirements best practices into the design.
5. Manage requirements stakeholders to ensure consistency across the Centralised C&I team.
6. Collaborate with the Engineering Delivery Team to develop technical solutions and foster team development.

Your skills and experiences:

1. Degree qualified in an Engineering discipline.
2. Experience within regulated industries such as Defence, Oil and Gas, or Nuclear.
3. Professional knowledge and experience in C&I design across the entire lifecycle.
4. Experience in full lifecycle requirements management.
