You will provide engineering support across multiple sites, manage external consultants and ensure designs are cost-effective, buildable and compliant with regulatory standards throughout the development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential housebuilding projects.
• Ability to interpret geotechnical and environmental reports.
• Strong knowledge of regulations and technical approvals.
• Experience managing external engineering consultants.
• Proficiency with infrastructure design software.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support across multiple residential developments.
• Coordinate with consultants, authorities, and utility providers.
• Review external designs for cost-effectiveness and buildability.
• Ensure NHBC standards and Building Regulations compliance.
• Support planning and technical approvals throughout projects.
