Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Engineer, R&D Digital to drive CTM solutions across the study lifecycle. Based in a hybrid setting, you will work with IT, business partners, and vendors to improve system performance and user enablement across global trials.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in clinical trial execution, with strong knowledge of GCP, FDA CFR, and data tools. Travel up to 10% may be needed, and collaboration across countries is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in clinical or medical technology development roles.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems supporting clinical development and data management.

Responsibilities

• Identify technology improvements to optimize CTM Solutions and deliver value.
• Translate study-team needs into practical system solutions.
• Support study build, maintenance, and system use throughout the lifecycle.
• Provide end-user support via tickets and mailboxes.
• Improve workflows through automation, analytics, and GenAI while ensuring privacy and compliance.
• Coordinate release management, UAT, and integrations with IT and vendors.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues with IT and vendors.
• Create training and reference materials for users.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and projects.
• Support audits and regulatory inspections.
