Job Description:

• Flowing down product requirements and identifying system and subsystem requirements.
• Designing, development, and testing activities.
• Managing design review processes.
• Supervising commercialization and operationalization, including field support for product introduction.
• Producing technical documentation & records.
• Managing work package definition, planning, and estimation in collaboration with project management.
• Overseeing delegation, coordination, and technical oversight of work conducted by the project team.
• Applying sound engineering principles and ensuring adherence to business, industry, and regulatory standards.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or relevant STEM discipline.
• Have experience in a product development role.
• Have a track record of delivering new product development projects.
• Have deep domain knowledge of In-line inspection technologies (preferred).
• Possess advanced skills in CAD (3-D modeling and 2-D drafting) – in CREO and/or Inventor.
• Have skills in Finite Element Analysis tools in a design & build environment (preferred).
• Have experience leading project teams in a new product development environment.
• Display excellent communication skills, with experience presenting at management level.
• Be able to travel occasionally for business.
