Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day operational control of contracts across the UK, focusing on safety, quality, productivity, cost control, and delivery to programme.
- Ensure contract performance aligns with budget, maintaining a motivated, effective and safety‑conscious workforce.
- Maintain commercial awareness and support client relationships through clear communication.
- Collaborate with the Site team to monitor project progress and resolve issues.
- Oversee contract administration, including cost control, progress tracking, and performance reporting.
- Facilitate site mobilisation, site works and contract completion.
Qualifications
- Experience in the geotechnical industry, including ground condition assessment, drilling and site investigation.
- Solid understanding of geotechnical processes and contract management.
- Previous construction industry experience is essential.
- Full UK driving licence required.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written; customer‑service focused and professional.
- Willingness to learn, flexible in terms of work and location, frequent travel within the UK.
