As an ambitious and motivated Design Engineer (m/f/d) Integration, you will develop and specify mechanical and mechatronic systems for prototype & race cars.

• Responsible for the conceptualisation and design of mechanical and mechatronic components in areas such as hydraulics (power steering, engine and gearbox actuation), pedals and steering column, brake system, fuel tank, cooling systems
• Responsible for the project lifecycle including concept, design, prototyping, and testing
• Producing designs (including tooling) and drawings with full documentation in English
• Ensuring on-time delivery within budget

The successful candidate will:

• Have a degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering or similar
• Have relevant experience in designing motorsport components
• Possess good design skills and knowledge of current technology and materials
• Be familiar with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
• Have experience with motorsport parts layout and designing high-performance components (e.g., F1, WEC, GT3, GT4, Rally, DTM)
• Be proficient in CATIA V5 (solid modelling, surfacing, drafting), FEM, and classical calculation methods
• Know Teamcenter and MS Office
