Join Toyota Gazoo Racing Europe, a leader in motorsport and automotive innovation, as a Senior Engineer (m/f/d) Composite Tool Design. In this role, you will conceptualize and design tools, jigs, and fixtures for composite production, inspection, and testing. Collaborating with a team of designers, you will produce detailed designs and documentation in English, ensuring timely project delivery within budget. Be part of our R&D and motorsport team in Cologne, Germany.

We seek a team player with strong analytical and negotiation skills who thrives on responsibility. Experience in motorsport projects and a passion for automotive engineering will be highly valued.

Your Skills:

  • Degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering

  • F1 experience (minimum 4-5 years) is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in tool design technologies and CATIA V5 or 3DX, with additional experience in CATIA CPD/CPM advantageous
  • Understanding of composite fabrication and machine shop operations
  • Strong team collaboration skills and ability to perform under stress
  • Flexible working hours and a pragmatic, problem-solving mindset
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal
