We are currently seeking a Senior Engineer (m/f/d) Composite Tool Design. The successful candidates will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing tools, jigs, and fixtures for composite production, inspection, and testing. Working closely with a team of designers, you will produce designs and drawings and provide full documentation in English. An essential part of the role is to ensure on-time project delivery within budget. Join our research and development and motorsport team in Cologne, Germany.

Your Skills:
  • Degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
  • Experience with motorsport parts layout and high-performance component design
  • F1 experience (minimum 4-5 years) is a strong advantage
  • Knowledge of tool design technologies for structural and non-structural parts
  • Understanding of composite fabrication and machine shop methods
  • Proficiency with CATIA V5 and/or CATIA 3DX, solid and surface modeling; experience with CATIA CPD/CPM is a plus
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Ability to work under stress and deliver quality results on time
  • Flexible and adaptable to the dynamic motorsport environment
