  • Understanding of composite fabrication and machine shop methods.
  • Proficiency in CATIA V5 and/or CATIA 3DX.
  • Strong team player with effective collaboration skills under stress.
  • Flexible and adaptable to the dynamic motorsport environment.
  • Problem-solving skills with a pragmatic approach.
  • Good command of English, both verbal and written.

The successful candidates will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing tools, jigs, and fixtures for composite production, inspection, and testing. Working closely as part of a team of designers, you will produce designs and drawings and provide full documentation in English. An essential part of the role is to ensure on-time delivery of projects within budget. Be part of our research and development and motorsport team in Cologne, Germany.
