We are currently seeking a Senior Engineer – Composite Production (m/f/d) to join our high-performance motorsport and automotive team. In this role, you will be responsible for the industrialization and continuous improvement of composite components, ensuring efficient production processes and high-quality results.

The successful candidate will:

  • hold a degree in mechanical or automotive engineering or equivalent
  • have sound knowledge of composite production processes and relevant manufacturing technologies
  • demonstrate experience with CAD systems for solid and surface design; CATIA V5 and CATIA CPD (Composite Part Design) are clear advantages
  • show high level knowledge and relevant experience in motorsport parts layout and the design of high performance components in the area of F1, WEC or WRC
  • be a team player with a responsible, analytical, and creative working style

Possess strong project management skills and the ability to deliver high-quality results under pressure.
