In this role, you will be responsible for the industrialization and continuous improvement of composite components, ensuring efficient production processes and high-quality results.

• Undertake the concept scheming and definition of structural and non-structural composite components
• Define ply books, tooling, and jig designs for efficient and repeatable production

• Manage production-related projects, ensuring on-time delivery within agreed cost and quality targets
• Continuously optimize component designs for performance, manufacturability, and efficiency

• Act as a pragmatic problem-solver with a scientific mindset and hands-on approach

The successful candidate will:

• Hold a degree in mechanical or automotive engineering or equivalent
• Have sound knowledge of composite production processes and relevant manufacturing technologies
• Demonstrate experience with CAD systems for solid and surface design; CATIA V5 and CATIA CPD (Composite Part Design) are clear advantages
• Show high-level knowledge and relevant experience in motorsport parts layout and the design of high-performance components in the area of F1, WEC or WRC
• Be a team player with a responsible, analytical, and creative working style
