Job summary

Miller Homes is seeking a Senior Engineer for our North West Technical team in Warrington. You will oversee the Engineering function, prioritise tasks and ensure timely, budget-aware delivery of technical advice and information to site and the wider business.

The role requires a qualified engineer (MICE) or equivalent, with a track record in housing development and a history of successful project delivery. You will liaise with regulators, consultants and subcontractors as needed.

Qualifications

• Qualified engineer (MICE) or equivalent required.
• Experience as an engineer for a house-builder is essential.
• Track record of performance and success is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Engineering function and prioritise tasks to meet timelines and budgets.
• Deliver clear, concise engineering information to sites and the wider business.
• Liaise with internal clients, regulators, consultants and sub-contractors.
