This privately-owned civil engineering and groundworks company are experiencing stable growth. As subcontractors to national and regional housebuilders, including Persimmon Homes and Bovis Homes, you ll be working on projects between £5m - £30m. Due to high levels of repeat business, this contractor has a strong order book and by building on their reputation for quality and efficiency held over decades, they continue their strategic geographical expansion.

As a Senior Engineer you will be responsible for

• Providing technical guidance and support to the site teams, and ensuring that all specifications and standards are met so that the project can be built to the highest quality
• Mentoring and supporting more junior members of the team
• Checking for accuracy and consistency
• Cross checking CAD information
• Undertaking quality assurance
• Setting-out for a variety of groundworks and civil engineering schemes

Must haves

• Be able to demonstrate strong experience as a Site/ Senior Engineer within the groundworks and civil engineering space
