Our team undertakes a variety of major infrastructure projects for both private and public sectors, focusing on integrated flood risk and drainage solutions with state-of-the-art design.
Our flood risk portfolio includes projects such as flood alleviation schemes for local authorities, the MOD, private clients, and surface water separation schemes for water utilities. We work closely with high-profile housing developers from inception through design and construction, including natural flood risk management and Sustainable Urban Drainage solutions.
As a project leader, you will guide teams, support clients, and assist in bidding and growth activities. You will work independently on technical aspects from project initiation to completion, support junior colleagues, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Mentoring, client engagement, and team collaboration are key components of the role. Our internal training, mentoring, CPD, and flexible hybrid working arrangements support your professional development, with some travel expected.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience in flood risk and surface water projects, report writing, client meetings, multidisciplinary teamwork, and knowledge of relevant regulations such as the NPPF.
