Job summary

Castrol in Pangbourne is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead R&D testing projects from concept to technical recommendations within the Advanced Electrification Testing (AET) team. You’ll design and operate advanced test rigs, apply DoE methodologies, and analyse data to deliver engineering insights.

You will mentor engineers and collaborate with OEMs and partners to push electrification and energy technologies, while upholding safety and engineering integrity.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics or a related engineering discipline.

Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end testing and engineering projects supporting Castrol’s research and product development programmes.
