What You'll Be Doing
As a Senior Maritime Engineer, you will:
Lead and deliver innovative solutions across diverse marine infrastructure projects, including marinas, ship berths, flood defences, and renewable energy schemes.
Identify client needs and leverage engineering expertise to provide cutting-edge solutions.
Be client-facing—managing projects from inception to completion.
Draft and present proposals to new and existing clients.
Ensure technical reports are clear, insightful, and jargon-free.
Oversee project finances, including budgeting and payments.
Support and mentor junior engineers, while providing feedback to seniors.
What You Bring
2-5+ years of experience in marine structures or related design.
A degree in Civil Engineering (or similar).
A passion for the marine environment and an interest in innovative infrastructure.
The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
A love for getting on-site, networking, and being hands-on with projects.
