Job summary

TH Recruit is seeking a civil engineer for a housebuilder role in Northampton. You will compile and deliver civil engineering packages, assist with appraisals, design roads and sewers, and coordinate Section 38/104 agreements.

You will work within a multi-disciplinary team, engage with consultants, and support planning conditions, drainage designs, and site inspections. The role offers training, benefits and long-term career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in a housebuilder or civil engineering consultancy.
• HNC in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Section 38, 104 and 278 agreements.
• Knowledge of highway design standards, Sewers for Adoption, Building Regulations Part H and BS8301.
• Experience with PDS, MicroDrainage and AutoCAD.
• Ability to work effectively within a multi-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the discharge of engineering-related planning and building conditions.
• Coordinating maintenance inspections and bond releases.
• Attending meetings and working collaboratively across the business.
