Senior Engineer - Civil Engineering - Liverpool

Location: Liverpool

Hours: Full-time, 7am - 7pm

Start Date: ASAP

Red Sky Personnel are working with a respected civil engineering contractor to recruit several Senior Engineers for a high-profile infrastructure scheme in the Liverpool area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established team delivering a wide range of complex civils packages across the region.

About the Role:

As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering key civil engineering works across various sites, including:

• Micro-tunnelling
• Shaft sinking
• Auger boring
• Streetworks
• Groundworks
• Cross passages

The project covers multiple areas including Stanlow, Mancot (Deeside), and Flint, and requires experienced engineers who are comfortable leading on-site activity and ensuring safe, efficient delivery.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working as a Senior Engineer or in a similar civil engineering role
• A solid understanding of temporary works and heavy civils methods
• Ability to lead and coordinate subcontractors, site teams, and ensure delivery to high standards
• A collaborative, proactive, and safety-focused approach

Key Requirements:

• Right to work in the UK
• Relevant civil engineering qualification
• CSCS card
• SMSTS or SSSTS preferred
• Full UK driving licence
