Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer/ Site Agent to join a major water infrastructure framework in starting Lancashire. This long-term contract offers stability and excellent remuneration for the right candidate with the right skill set.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all site engineering and supervisory activities on a major water project.
• Lead teams delivering extensive pipework installations and reinforced concrete (RC) structures.
• Coordinate subcontractors, ensuring quality, safety, and programme targets are met.
• Liaise with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to maintain smooth project delivery.
• Maintain accurate site records, drawings, and QA documentation.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Senior Engineer or Site Supervisor on large civil engineering or water projects.
• Must have 5 years experience working in the UK on civil and water projects.
• Excellent understanding of health & safety regulations and quality standards.
• Ability to manage teams and communicate effectively with all project stakeholders.
• CSCS, SMSTS/SSSTS, and relevant engineering qualifications.
