Salary: £45,000 to £60,000

Role Overview

You will lead the day-to-day operations of a busy engine shop specialising in classic car restoration, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to high technical standards. This includes overseeing workflow, supervising technicians, engaging with customers, and ensuring quality control.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily operations of the engine shop.
2. Supervise and mentor technicians.
3. Engage with customers regarding project updates and specifications.
4. Ensure all work meets technical standards and quality control measures.
5. Manage workflow and project timelines.

Qualifications

1. Experience in engine repair and restoration, preferably with classic cars.
2. Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
4. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
