Job summary

2coms in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Senior Engine Rebuild Technician / Car Mechanic with expertise in complete engine rebuilding and reconditioning. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience with Jaguar, Land Rover, Porsche, and other German luxury vehicles.

The role requires strong mechanical skills, plus a solid understanding of vehicle electrical systems and diagnostics, with duties including engine assembly/disassembly, diagnostics, and maintaining

Qualifications

• 8 years' experience as Car Mechanic or Engine Rebuild Technician.
• Proven ability to rebuild and recondition engines on premium brands.
• Experience with Jaguar, Land Rover, Porsche, and German luxury brands.
• Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems and diagnostics.
• English proficiency at least B2.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete engine repair, rebuilding, and reconditioning.
• Diagnose engine faults and perform mechanical repairs.
• Work on Jaguar, Land Rover, Porsche and other German luxury brands.
• Assemble/disassemble engines per manufacturer specs.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
• Maintain high workmanship and safety standards.
