ArtsJobs is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager for a part-time role based in Cambridge, responsible for managing engagement activities and supporting the delivery of outreach strategies. This position is critical for building stakeholder relationships and aligning with national heritage priorities.

We are currently recruiting for a part-time (21 hours per week) Senior Engagement Manager on a permanent contract based in our Cambridge Office (hybrid working).
The primary purpose of this role is to work as part of the Engagement Team to manage and deliver engagement and inclusion activities across the Area. This includes stimulating and supporting the flow of high-quality applications, building relationships with key stakeholders, and planning and implementing outreach strategies aligned with Heritage 2033 priorities. The role also involves contributing to the wider work of the Midlands and East team.
