We’re looking for a Senior Executive Engagement Marketing Manager to elevate our brand presence through bold, brilliant, and unmissable experiences.

About the Role

This role involves leading high-impact events such as C-suite summits, global trade shows, immersive product launches, and VIP customer events. You will shape strategy, craft stories, and orchestrate details, reporting directly to senior leadership and collaborating across teams to ensure impactful events.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Strategy: Develop and execute the global event strategy, including KPIs and post-event analysis.
  • Design Experiences: Create immersive events aligned with brand voice and audience expectations.
  • Drive ROI: Ensure events foster relationships, generate revenue, and build brand loyalty.
  • Manage Teams: Lead cross-functional teams and external partners effectively.
  • Own the Details: Oversee logistics, budgets, venues, production, speakers, and content.

You Bring

  • 7–10+ years in event marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior or executive role, preferably in B2B or hybrid B2B/B2C.
  • Proven success in leading major events in high-growth, brand-conscious companies.
  • Strong strategic and executional skills.
  • A proactive attitude with contingency planning skills.
  • Understanding of how events impact business goals and how to measure success.
  • Bonus: Experience in tech, SaaS, or enterprise sectors.
