Qualifications

• Experience handling complex vacant properties and enforcing housing standards.
• Knowledge of relevant housing legislation and enforcement powers.
• Strong case management, record-keeping and evidence gathering.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of complex vacant properties, with inspections, evidence gathering, formal enforcement and court action where needed.
• Progress investigations and achieve results in a timely, decisions-focused manner.
• Use intelligence to target work and develop effective remedies for properties brought back into use.
• Work at pace, balancing competing demands while delivering positive outcomes for communities.
