Job summary

Capgemini Invent is expanding its Energy Transition & Utilities practice in the UK, seeking a Managing Consultant / Senior Manager to shape and lead advisory, consultancy and transformation projects across the sector. The role involves GB energy market regulation, central systems changes, and delivering multi‑party programmes with senior stakeholders.

Based in or flexible around the UK, you will guide industry changes, lead multidisciplinary teams and drive outcomes that improve energy systems

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of GB energy market regulation and industry systems.
• Experience translating policy and regulation into delivery programmes.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams in large transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and assessment of technical changes to energy sector central systems.
• Coordinate changes across stakeholders and ensure successful implementation.
• Advise senior clients on regulatory frameworks and system implications.
• Shape practical solutions from policy and market developments for delivery.
• Lead engagement and training with industry participants and stakeholders.
• Drive strategies to improve energy consumer and system outcomes.
• Oversee complex workstreams with accountability for quality and delivery.
